We operate by appointment only. We understand clients may occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. We require a 24 hours notice for Lashes and Facials and 48 hours notice for Permanent Makeup. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance giving the opportunity for adjustment at that time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen (illness, child care, traffic, car trouble etc) When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. When you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment or No Show your appointment, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card on file. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. We have a 15 minute grace period. If you are running late to an appointment we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise at the 15 minute mark we will assume you will not be showing up and may cancel the appointment and charge the 30% cancellation/no show fee to the card on file. If you are less than 15 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your results, and you will be ineligible for a correction. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to an appointment do so at the risk of being rescheduled and subjected to the cancellation fee. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your appointments.
